Associate / Senior Associate — Investments Legal — Renewable Power

Responsibilities:
Advise on capital management initiatives and related documentation.
Support regulatory submissions and compliance reviews for transactions.
Liaise with external counsel, manage engagements, and communicate advice to internal stakeholders.
Monitor legal issues in existing portfolio companies (e.g., follow-on investments, key contracts, litigation, regulatory matters).

Responsibilities:
Lead resolution of technical accounting issues and regulatory updates in coordination with auditors and business groups.
Present analyses and reports on operating metrics and financial results to senior management and the Board.
Support quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX compliance processes.
Prepare consolidated financial forecasts and track global subsidiary performance, communicating results to stakeholders.
Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
Collaborate with business groups and other internal teams to drive insights and improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
